Trees are accepted following an initial health inspection and suitability assessment by our qualified arborists.

What happens if a problem develops?
If a covered tree develops a problem or condition that was not present or reasonably identifiable during the original inspection, we'll carry out a follow up inspection and, where appropriate, provide remedial treatment in accordance with your selected guaratnee level.

No. Each tree is individually assessed to ensure it meets the criteria for the Tree Guarantee.
